"A failure is not a mistake, it may simply be the best one can do under the circumstances. The real mistake is to stop trying."

BF Skinner

Life can be overwhelming and sometimes even exhausting, but I’m here to guide you through any obstacles you may face. My goal is to help you understand yourself more deeply and better cope with change.

What Is CBT

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) a psycho social intervention that aims to improve mental health. CBT focuses on challenging and changing unhelpful thinking patterns and behaviours. Improving emotional regulation and development of personal coping strategies that target solving current problem.

CBT is based on the concept that your thoughts, feelings, physical sensations and actions are interconnected, that negative thoughts and feelings can trap you in a vicious cycle. CBT aims to help you deal with overwhelming problems in a more positive way by breaking them down into manageable parts.

By breaking the cycle, challenging the thought  and not avoiding your world gets bigger.
